  • Cyberfox IT and Analytics isn't Responsible for any pre-existing conditions of your device or office space
  • All plans start as soon as payment is accepted even if it is the middle of the night. Though 24/7 emergency care OT will still come into affect if it is past the open hours of 8am-8pm. 
  • Monthly payment will be taken out automatically on the date that the agreement is signed, Yearly on the same date the next year. 
  • Any additional fees occurred will be sent either via an invoice at the end of the project once sign off is acknowledged. Or on the 1st of the next Calendar Month.
  • Cybersecurity and Fraud Audits only check all Privately owned enterprise and nothing that is controlled by a bank however you may need to provide such information if asked by our Sleuths. We at Cyberfox IT and Analytics abide by international law, the honour code of Grey and White hat specialists as well as the International Security Commission. 
  • Any computer that is over 10 years old and is documented to be abused will only be worked on if the owner approves, as any damage that appears may not be the technicians fault. Otherwise Cyberfox technicians will replace any broken parts with the same or better.
  • All Phone calls to a technicians are approved under the "Signed Agreement" up to 1 hour. All above 1 hour may be subject to Labour or OT pay (time plus time and a half) however majority of cases over 1 hour need on the boots work
